In short: If you're not happy with a paid Whiteboard Works product within the first 14 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a paid subscription (such as FRED Premium) and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your license key or the email address you used to subscribe. We'll process your refund promptly.
You can also request a refund directly through LemonSqueezy using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue that prevents the product from working, we'll do our best to resolve it or offer a refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel any paid subscription at any time:
- Use the cancellation link in any LemonSqueezy receipt email.
- Or email us at [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Free products
Most Whiteboard Works extensions are completely free. No payment is involved and no refund applies. You can use them indefinitely or uninstall at any time.
